Is additional support available?

This programme has been specifically designed for individuals and small/medium businesses who have a clear goal to stand out (like a Purple Cow) amongst your competitors.

The programme has been designed to make it easy for you to implement all of the ideas and techniques we share however, because we’re all human, there may be a need to request additional coaching and/or training support.

Inclusive Support

When you enrol you’re invited to join our Facebook Private Members Group where you’ll have direct access to the FIT team who’ll be available to answer any questions, provide online support and guide you as you go through the modules.  This service is included within your membership.

Optional Support

Where organisations have larger numbers of people in customer-facing roles then it may prove more cost-effective to have the FIT team work with your business in a more tailored, bespoke role.  Additional support options might include;

  • Launch events:  Team FIT deliver ‘scene-setter’ workshops to manage learner expectations and create the platform for the ‘new-world’ service culture they’ll be helping to create.
  • Online and face to face coaching clinics:  FIT Coaches working directly with your learners to help develop individual Action Plans, contextualise the strategies into positive attitudes and behaviours and generally support the cultural shift as learners undertake the modules.
  • At-desk 1:1 coaching sessions: In-depth, side-by-side mentoring sessions designed to help learners smash through any self-limiting beliefs or recurring barriers to successful implementation of the strategies shared.
  • Management Development: Helping line-managers assume greater responsibility for the ongoing coaching and support of their team to continue the culture shift and ensure long-term return on the training investment.
